WAIVER
I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release all rights and claims I may have against the Tennis Tour, Sponsors and their respective agents from any and all damages, including injuries, which may arise as a result of my participation.

I also agree not to share the contact information with third parties or use for a purpose other than setting up tennis matches.

The tennis tour will not share your information with third parties.
